East Texas Meals Financial institution & DoorDash Now Ship Texarkana Meals Packing containers

The East Texas Meals Financial institution has teamed up with DoorDash and their Venture Sprint marketing campaign to ship meals to Texarkana, TX residents who’re enrolled within the Senior Field Program.
‘Dashers’ are delivering meals containers from one of many meals banks’ member companies
to seniors within the space that is perhaps homebound or have restricted transportation choices.
Operation New Day Meals Pantry is operated by three Texarkana church buildings. That is one East Texas Meals Financial institution’s first pilot websites for the service. Three Texarkana church buildings are taking part in this system; Twin Metropolis Church of Christ, Church of Christ on Pine
Road and Christ Apostolic Church, Blood of the Lamb Meeting. The pantry gives containers to nearly 45 seniors every month.
Twin Metropolis Church of Christ Senior Pastor David Watkins mentioned in a press launch;

East Texas Meals Financial institution serves 26 counties and has over 6,500 seniors receiving meals containers month-to-month.
