Tropical despair makes landfall, T1 to stay in pressure earlier than 2pm

The Hong Kong Observatory stated on Thursday morning that the tropical despair over jap Guangdong has made landfall over the coast of Huidong, whereas the Standby Sign, No.1 is anticipated to stay in pressure earlier than 2pm.  

At 11am, the tropical despair was estimated to be about 90 kilometers east-northeast of the Hong Kong Observatory and is forecast to maneuver west-northwest at about 15 kilometers per hour throughout Guangdong and weaken progressively, in accordance with the climate watchdog.  

The outer rainbands related to the tropical despair will proceed to deliver squally showers and thunderstorms to the coast of Guangdong in the present day.
